STRENGTH 101 & AP
Youth & High School Athletes
This program is all for the youth and high school athlete. And its design and purpose to to guide them to become the best athlete they can be. Strength 101 is for ages 8-12. We will teach them the fundamentals of movement in order to develop a base to excel in their sport(s) of choice.Â
AP Strength is for the more advanced athlete. In this program our goal is centered around a planned and strategic strength & conditioning program and also placing focus proper nutrition and mindset work in game, pre game and post game.
