This program is a 12 week journey together where we will fully optimize your health and fitness by designing and implementing a program of fitness, nutrition, lifestyle and habits just for you. We offer an in person or remote option. Click on the link to setup a free consultation.
AP STRENGTH & STRENGTH 101
For the Youth and High School Athlete
This program is all for the youth and high school athlete. And its design and purpose to to guide them to become the best athlete they can be. Strength 101 is for ages 8-12. We will teach them the fundamentals of movement in order to develop a base to excel in their sport(s) of choice.
AP Strength is for the more advanced athlete. In this program our goal is centered around a planned and strategic strength & conditioning program and also placing focus proper nutrition and mindset work in game, pre game and post game.
EVERDAY SAVAGE NUTRITION
You are what you eat!
The unique program I’ve developed will be designed specifically for your individual nutrition and dietary needs and goals. We will go over eating habits and grow from there to a macro and micro nutrient balanced plan in order to achieve the desired end goal.
PERSONAL COACHING (TRAINING)
ONE-ON-ONE or Small Groups ( Remote Option as well)
Health and Fitness is not only about what your body looks like on the outside, but also on the inside! I will make sure your body and mind find the right balance. I am a Human Performance Coach
Caring and helping clients and athletes alike achieve their desired next level of fitness is one of the core values that I provide as a successful coach. I have help young adolescents grow and safely mature into National Level and D1 athletes through proven systems and personalized programs. I have and still coach many of these athletes with skill, strength and nutrition. Over the past 15 years I have personally coached 3,500 clients and founded two separate CrossFit organizations along the way. Today my practice is primarily focused on emerging adolescents (young aspiring athletes) and as a cross over the 35+ segment that has concluded that they need to focus on personal wellness through strength, nutrition and fitness of body & mind.
